By accessing and using Travel Nest ("we", "our", "the platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email with a booking reference number is sent to you. Travel Nest acts as an intermediary between guests and hotel partners. We are not liable for the services provided by individual hotels.
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST (12%). Prices may vary based on dates, availability, and demand. The price shown at the time of booking confirmation is the final price.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified by the hotel. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in. Hotels reserve the right to refuse accommodation if guests fail to provide valid identification.
Coupons and promotional codes are subject to specific terms. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise, and have no cash value. Travel Nest reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
Travel Nest's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
